Students will be going down the lake to watch and participate in observing how the fish are filleted and cleaned in the morning. We are asking for students to wear old clothes and rubber boots.

In the afternoon the students will be going to the smokehouse to watch a demonstration of the fish being smoked.

This is a two day event for all grades.  Check with your class for times.
